I have never thought myself much bothered by such things but today I was in a situation where I missed a good oppurtunity for a nice discussion simply because the person talking was just 2-3 metres away from another guy who was taking a leak in a very visible way and it was impossible to look at the person talking without seeing them both. The conversation was still nice but way short...
